Every great concierge service has a calm center: the person who welcomes new members, routes each request to the right specialist, and makes sure nothing sits unanswered. That's this role. You are the first voice members hear and the reason the machine hums.
What you'll actually do
- Onboard new members: welcome call, expectations, how to get the most from the service
- Triage inbound requests to the right country specialist with full context attached
- Own response-time standards across the shared inbox
- Handle billing questions, plan changes, and renewals
- Report weekly on volumes, resolution times, and member sentiment
A typical week
Morning triage clears the overnight queue in an hour, each ticket tagged and routed with a one-line summary the specialist can act on instantly. Two welcome calls before lunch. Afternoon you chase two tickets approaching their SLA and close a billing question with an answer, not a deflection.
What you bring
- 1-2+ years in customer support or operations for a subscription or service business
- Fluent professional English (C1 badge required); second European language a plus
- Systematic and fast: triage is a craft and you treat it like one
- Comfortable owning metrics
Structure and pay
Full-time, fully remote, European working hours. $1,200-1,600/month depending on experience, review at 90 days.
Why this role comes through RemoteComet
The employer runs hiring for this position exclusively through us. That means one application reaches the actual decision maker, your profile is never resold or scattered across databases, and you get a real status on every application: matched, in review, or not this time. Nobody gets ghosted here.
How hiring works
1. Quick apply, two fields, two minutes. 2. If the role lists a skill badge, a short one-time assessment (reused for every role that needs it). 3. A screening conversation with our team. 4. Interview with the employer, where their name is disclosed to you. 5. Offer. Typical time from application to first interview: under two weeks.
