RemoteComet is operated by Dolaamen Group, LLC. We are not a listings aggregator with a million stale posts — we are a small team that recruits remote talent for a portfolio of operating companies and a select set of partner employers, and we built the board we wished existed when we were on the other side of it.
That structure explains the two kinds of listings you will see. Named roles link straight to the hiring company. Confidential roles are searches we run directly: the company name is withheld until the introduction stage, but the work, the structure, and the pay are described completely — and you always know who the employer is before any interview.
Job seekers pay nothing, ever. Employers pay us a success fee when a hire works out. That single fact drives everything you will notice about the board: we have no reason to post fake roles, inflate numbers, or leave you guessing, because we only earn when a real person starts a real job and stays.

A listing on the board is an active search. Filled or paused roles come down the same day.

Every role lists its structure and range. We never ask for your salary history.
