Operations

Executive Operations Assistant

Confidential employer · represented by RemoteComet

USD 1,500–2,100/monthfull timeWorldwideCET overlap 4h+

A founder running multiple service companies has a hundred open loops. You will close them: calendars that actually hold, vendors that actually deliver, follow-ups that actually happen. This is a trusted right-hand role for someone who treats "I'll handle it" as a binding contract.

What you'll actually do

  • Own the founder's calendar and inbox triage across several businesses
  • Chase open items with vendors, partners, and internal teams until closed
  • Prepare briefs before meetings and capture decisions after them
  • Handle travel, scheduling, and recurring administrative operations
  • Build light systems (checklists, trackers) so the same fire never starts twice

A typical week

Monday you publish the week's priorities pulled from four different threads the founder never had to re-read. Wednesday a vendor misses a deadline; the founder learns about it after you've already secured the new date and a discount. Friday's wrap-up email is two minutes to read and accounts for everything.

What you bring

  • 3+ years as an EA, operations coordinator, or chief-of-staff-style right hand
  • Fluent professional English (C1 badge required)
  • Discreet, proactive, and completely reliable on follow-through
  • Comfortable with modern tooling (Google Workspace, CRMs, task systems) and quick to learn new ones

Structure and pay

Full-time, fully remote, 4+ hours of CET overlap. $1,500-2,100/month depending on experience, review at 90 days. Long-term seat with growing scope.
