Between the assessment, the consultation, and the move itself sits a stream of documents, milestones, and questions. You will run that stream: keeping every client portal current, every document where it should be, and every quick question answered before it becomes a worry.
What you'll actually do
- Own client onboarding into the portal after booking
- Track milestones and nudge both clients and advisors so nothing stalls
- Manage document collection with checklists that make clients feel guided, not chased
- Answer logistics questions same-day; route advisory questions with context
- Keep case records clean enough for any advisor to step in cold
A typical week
A new booking lands overnight; by 10am US-time the client has portal access, a welcome note, and a checklist scoped to their situation. Midweek you spot a case idle for six days, ping the advisor with the one-line context that gets it moving, and update the client before they had to ask.
What you bring
- 2+ years in coordination, case management, or client operations
- Polished written English (C1 badge required)
- Systems brain: checklists, statuses, and follow-ups are your love language
- Warm, reassuring client communication
Structure and pay
Full-time, fully remote, US hours. $1,500-2,000/month depending on experience, review at 90 days.
Why this role comes through RemoteComet
The employer runs hiring for this position exclusively through us. That means one application reaches the actual decision maker, your profile is never resold or scattered across databases, and you get a real status on every application: matched, in review, or not this time. Nobody gets ghosted here.
How hiring works
1. Quick apply, two fields, two minutes. 2. If the role lists a skill badge, a short one-time assessment (reused for every role that needs it). 3. A screening conversation with our team. 4. Interview with the employer, where their name is disclosed to you. 5. Offer. Typical time from application to first interview: under two weeks.
