In luxury, service is the product you deliver between deliveries. You will be the reliable, gracious voice managing bookings, coordinating alterations, and making every client feel like the only one, in flawless written English and warm Italian. Two seats open.
What you'll actually do
- Manage the appointment calendar: consultations, fittings, deliveries
- Handle client communications with white-glove tone and same-day responsiveness
- Coordinate alterations and delivery logistics to the promised date
- Keep client records pristine: sizes, preferences, correspondence history
- Resolve the rare hiccup so gracefully it deepens the relationship
A typical week
A client emails at 09:02 about moving Friday's fitting; by 09:20 it's rebooked, the workshop is informed, and his confirmation reads like a note from a trusted house, not a system. Later you chase a courier for a delivery due tomorrow and quietly arrange a backup so the promise holds either way.
What you bring
- 2+ years in client care for luxury, hospitality, or premium services
- Flawless written English (C1 badge required) and professional Italian
- Calm precision under a full calendar
- Instinct for discretion; you understand what luxury clients notice
Structure and pay
Full-time, fully remote, CET hours. EUR 1,200-1,600/month depending on experience, review at 90 days.
Why this role comes through RemoteComet
The employer runs hiring for this position exclusively through us. That means one application reaches the actual decision maker, your profile is never resold or scattered across databases, and you get a real status on every application: matched, in review, or not this time. Nobody gets ghosted here.
How hiring works
1. Quick apply, two fields, two minutes. 2. If the role lists a skill badge, a short one-time assessment (reused for every role that needs it). 3. A screening conversation with our team. 4. Interview with the employer, where their name is disclosed to you. 5. Offer. Typical time from application to first interview: under two weeks.
