Housing Scout (Italy)

EUR 1,400–1,900/monthcontractItaly (travel)Flexible, viewing-hours driven

Finding an honest apartment in Italy from abroad is nearly impossible, which is why our members don't try. You will be their eyes: touring shortlisted apartments, filming truthful walk-throughs, pressure-testing landlords, and negotiating terms members could never get from a distance.

What you'll actually do

  • Tour 6-10 apartments a week against member briefs across your region
  • Film candid video walk-throughs: the water pressure, the street noise, the mold behind the wardrobe
  • Verify landlords and contracts; flag the listings that smell wrong
  • Negotiate rent, start dates, and clauses on members' behalf
  • Log every viewing so the search history compounds

A typical week

Tuesday you view four apartments for a family arriving in six weeks; two are catfish listings you kill in the first five minutes, one is a gem you fight for. You send the family a 12-minute honest video that evening; they sign Thursday and you renegotiate the agency fee down before they do.

What you bring

  • Based in Italy and mobile; comfortable covering your region by car or train
  • Fluent Italian; working English for member videos and notes
  • Sharp eye for property condition and contract traps
  • Straight-shooter reporting style; members are buying your honesty

Structure and pay

Independent contractor, flexible volume (roughly full-time at listed band). EUR 1,400-1,900/month plus travel reimbursement, review at 90 days.
